Physiologic Postpartum Care is the key to longterm vitality and wellness.
Proper postpartum care and support brings warmth to a mother's body internally and externally. This ancient postpartum tradition, which is still observed in many cultures around the world, serves as a gentle and soothing way to help the new mother recover from childbirth. Apart from providing physical comfort and promoting relaxation, traditional postpartum care has been shown to have a range of benefits for a new mother’s health. It can aid in reducing inflammation, alleviating pain, balancing hormones, improving circulation, and promoting restful sleep. By taking the time to warm and nurture the mother, we can help her heal and recover from the incredible physical and emotional demands of childbirth.
Michelle is a gift! She prepared beautiful, nourishing and delicious food for our family after my son was born.
Her food was beautifully prepared, and I could tell that she put a lot of time, love and intention into what she made us which included homemade organic ghee that she encouraged me to put on everything, mamas milk tea, congee, and beef stew. She made the experience easy and simple which is what we needed.
Her food wasnt just food, it was medicine and every bite was healing. I couldn't recommend her postpartum care enough! Thank you Michelle”
